Halloween can be quite a ghoulish affair-from finding a costume, carving a pumpkin, and preparing a bowl of candy for the young trick-or-treaters, to getting into character, spiking the punch bowl, playing a prank, and revealing yourself after midnight at the masquerade ball. This freakish night of fright, fantasy, and fun seems to appeal to the eternal child in everyone.

HALLOWEEN HOWLERS

SPOOKTACULAR COSTUMES

IIt's tough to show up at a Halloween party and be the only guest not wearing a costume. For this reason some choose not to go out. But instead of sitting at home in the dark-a tactic to ward off any trick-or-treaters-why not head out to one of the city's many costume houses? You'll be excited about the big night in no time at all.

Yes, it does take a bit of preparation, but just remember, for one night, you can be anything you want. Now that's exciting.
