Peshku i skarės mund tė jetė i madh (ndahet nė fileta) dhe i vogėl.
Peshku i vogėl (2oo-250gr.) pastrohet,lahet ,i ēahet lėkura nė disa vende dhe
marinohet me lėng limoni ose limontos,vaj,kripė e piper.
Lihet kėshtu pėr 15-20 minuta dhe piqet mbi skarė ose prush.
Kjo lloj gjelle mund tė jetė si meze e nxehtė dhe shoqrohet me sallatė tė stinės,
ose si gjellė e nxehtė me patate tė fėrguara.

Pėr 4-5 persona duhen:
peshk 1 kg.
vaj 4-5 lugė gjelle,
kripė,piper,
limon 1 koker ose limontos gjysmė lugė kafeje
