Sic theni ju Dilaver duhet te redktohet budxhet deficiti. Shteti mund ti ngre taxat ose ti uli shpenzimet(shteteror). Nqs shpenzimet shtetoror( i themi keti termi G= public saving) reduktohen, do te prodhohet me pakes dhe profiti i shtetit do te zvogelohet, sepse do te investohet me pakes.

Ne fund te 90-tes ishte nje problem i atille ne USA. Kishin budxhet deficit te madhe. I ulen shpenzimet shteteror, i ngriten taxat por gjitheashtu rrithte me shume para nga banka nacionale..
